Last week the world lost this amazing young woman. She made the world a brighter place the time she was here. Her name is Lacey and we meet online years ago through a Disney community. Then thanks to Myspace then Facebook and Twitter we because friends. I had the chance to meet her at D23 last month for the fist time face to face. I knew she wasn’t feeling well, I knew she was spending a lot of time in the hospital but I didn’t think for a second this would happen. She had just celebrated the 4th birthday of her liver and she needed a new one. Sadly it didn’t happen in time. She had 3 Disney tattoos and was one of the first people to share her art on this site. I would like to ask all of you to take a few minutes to go and make sure you are registered as an organ donor. Please talk to your friends and family also and make sure they are registered. It’s what Lacey would have wanted, can you all please honor her and do this for me.
